• All of our products are farm bill compliant. We encourage all customers to follow the laws set forth by their Country, State / Province and local municipalities. All sales will be considered sold FOR NOVELTY PURPOSES ONLY! We take no responsibility if they are used in any fashion that can be considered illicit or illegal. All sales are final.
• Any clone purchase made is guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy or we reship your order at no cost to you! Send picture/video updates as to the condition you received your package and our team will will respond promptly with a solution.
• Clone orders are shipped via USPS express(50$+ value) which is next day by 6 PM to most destinations in the USA. Unless they are considered small teens that require a bigger shipping box, the destination is relatively close, and weather permitting.
• Clones are rooted in Root Riot plugs before being transplanted into 6oz solo cups with promix (Spagnum peat moss and perlite). If you can only accept freshly rooted clones due to running a hydroponic system, mention it in the "notes to seller" section at checkout.
• International Clone Orders At Elite Cut Genetics, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, even with the complexities of international shipping. While we cannot guarantee the arrival of clones shipped internationally due to potential customs and transit  challenges, we will make one additional shipment attempt at no cost to you if the initial attempt is unsuccessful. Additional shipping costs may be requested if you opt for a higher level shipping tier.
• Please note that international customers assume all responsibility for sourcing and importing live plant material into their country. This includes understanding their local customs regulations and the inherent risks involved. By placing your international clone order, you acknowledge these risks and agree to proceed accordingly.
